About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects from conception to deployment. Manage a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software products that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand project goals and user needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in best practices and new technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols.
• Work closely with quality assurance and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
