What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in a high-volume food service or consumer goods manufacturing environment.

- Experience demonstrating an ability to understand how businesses operate and identify connections and dependencies across teams.
- Proactive risk identification, issue surfacing, and helping team members think through trade-offs and next steps.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills that create clarity, alignment, and trust.
