What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in a high-volume food service or consumer goods manufacturing environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Experience demonstrating an ability to understand how businesses operate and identify connections and dependencies across teams.
• Proactive risk identification, issue surfacing, and helping team members think through trade-offs and next steps.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills that create clarity, alignment, and trust.
• An enthusiasm for helping teams improve how they work together and being energized by building practical ways of working that make execution easier.
