Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain structured project folders and consistent document naming conventions.
- Generate Google Earth KMZ files to support mapping and field execution.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, folder access, and document organization for project teams.
- Support reconciliation by verifying project data, documentation completeness, and financial alignment.
- Onboard contractors, coordinate access, training, and initial setup activities.
- Troubleshoot basic system and access issues for contractors and vendors.
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and SES invoicing in SAP.
- Order materials and supplies required for project execution.
- Maintain accurate records to support audits, compliance, and reporting.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business support, project coordination, administrative, purchasing, or related experience.
- SAP experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- SharePoint experience.
- Google Earth experience.
- Project coordination/administrative support experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Teamwork and relationship building skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work in changing environments.
Preferred Skills
- Utility, construction, or field operations experience supporting project-based work.
- Experience using SAP, SharePoint, Google Earth, or similar business and project support systems.
- Experience supporting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, or other project-related financial processes.
- Experience with contractor onboarding, vendor coordination, contract support, documentation control, records management, or compliance-related activities.
- Experience supporting workflow standardization, process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners.
