Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or applicable discipline
• Experience relative to project size/scope of 5+ years
• Excellent business judgment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and execute financial trade-offs
• Ability to handle competing priorities
• Judgment to escalate issues appropriately
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills
