Project Manager

Description

WebMD Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that provide clinical reference sources, clinical information, treatment options, CME credits, and peer communication tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams
• Manage account-based marketing projects across assigned teams
• Provide editorial review of materials created for quality control
• Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow
• Work closely with the sales team to proactively support requests
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised of project progress

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience, preferably with project management in a healthcare environment
• Management Degree, Marketing Degree, Public Health Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to support sales teams
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or experience managing design vendors (a plus)

Salary Range

$68,500 - $75,000

Bonus Eligible

This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
