Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain physical security devices in both commercial and residential settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in low voltage work, specifically in security systems (cameras, access control, intercoms, burglar alarms).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- A dedicated and hard-working attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Familiarity with new technologies and a willingness to embrace innovation.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a technician role within the security industry.
- Certifications related to low voltage systems or security systems are a plus.
