Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and execution by collaborating with leadership or subject matter experts on project requirements.
• Handle cross-departmental coordination throughout each project’s life cycle.
• Proactively identify and manage risks through escalation and communication.
• Identify other teams within Rockstar with necessary technical knowledge and responsibilities to cultivate relationships in order to drive a project forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience with 3+ years in project management, preferably in the IT or Security domain.
• Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• An intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and communication tools.

Pay

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between $115,700 - $144,500 USD per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
