Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and day-to-day coordination to keep work progressing according to established timelines and goals.
- Partner with internal teams throughout each stage of the project to ensure smooth communication, task alignment, and issue resolution.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and updates while providing clear status reporting to stakeholders.
- Support scheduling, documentation, and administrative follow-through needed for efficient project execution.
- Apply construction knowledge to anticipate project needs, identify risks, and help maintain quality and site readiness.
- Oversee office-related project support activities, including organizing materials and maintaining essential supplies for ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing projects in a detail-oriented environment, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts effectively.
- Background in construction or closely related project-based work is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different phases of a project.
- Familiarity with office operations, including maintaining supplies and supporting administrative processes.
- Knowledge of concrete-related work or materials is preferred.
