Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 4+ years of industry experience in digital marketing, branding, positioning, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with agency leadership to execute the agency's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Premier Marketing’s inbound marketing strategy – including digital campaigns, events, content creation, and PR efforts.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts as needed to support Premier Marketing’s organic and paid marketing efforts including content creation, paid search campaigns, SEO, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, and copywriting.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, assess against goals, and improve lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting with both digital and traditional projects.
• In-depth understanding of creative, web development, media, and analytics departmental operations; comfortable communicating with members of these departments as well as clients and vendors about related topics.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
• Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts.
• Experience with project management programs.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Some experience with business and functional requirements gathering.
• Some experience managing website development, including strategy, sitemap, user flows/journeys, wireframes, design, and development.
• Extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
• Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written skills.
• Passion for critical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to quickly resolve issues as they arise.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current trends.
