About the role
Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position is remote and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Strong Traditional IT PM skills with healthcare experience (7+ years)
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- A basic understanding of claims processes is essential
- Strong experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs
- End-to-end project planning and delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management (senior-level)
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Budget and financial management
- Governance and reporting discipline
- Vendor and contract management
- Communication and executive presentation skills
- Change management
- Team leadership and delivery ownership
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Previous work experience in the Aetna Claims domain is a plus, but a basic understanding of claims processes is essential
Requirements
Must have a strong understanding of traditional IT project management and healthcare experience. Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master is required, along with a solid grasp of Scrum frameworks and ceremonies. A basic understanding of claims processes is essential. Strong experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs is necessary, including end-to-end project planning and delivery. Excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial, particularly at senior levels. Risk, issue, and dependency management, budget and financial management, governance and reporting discipline, vendor and contract management, communication and executive presentation skills, change management, team leadership, and delivery ownership are all important responsibilities. Previous experience in the Aetna Claims domain is preferred but not required, provided there is a basic understanding of claims processes.
