Job Overview

The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong operating maturity, stakeholder management capability, and execution discipline, with the ability to drive outcomes across both business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
• Distribute and prioritize work across cross-functional teams for balanced workloads and smooth execution
• Act as the single point of accountability for project execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution
• Drive project planning, sprint management, milestone tracking, and reporting
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment
• Maintain documentation, status reports, dashboards, and leadership communication cadence
• Ensure delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications
• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
• Background in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects
