About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for establishing strong customer relationships and managing all post-sale activities for assigned projects. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting contract drawings, engineering documents, and production orders; identifying and communicating potential issues or delays; and offering cost-effective solutions to support successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret contract drawings, engineering documents, and production orders
- Identify and communicate potential issues or delays
- Offer cost-effective solutions to support successful project execution
- Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers
- Facilitate effective communication between external customers, the project team, and internal departments
- Cook up and coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure projects are completed successfully
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in project management, sales service, operations, construction, manufacturing, or a related field
- Two (2) or more years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry preferred
- Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, customer service, or sales service preferred
- Project Management Certificate or related degree preferred
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel is required

Pay
The pay range for this position is $75K–$123K annually. The starting rate offered will be based on the candidate’s relevant work experience. This role may be eligible for additional performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
This role may require time spent at our Rock Hill, SC headquarters for an initial training period.
