Essential Job Duties
- Collaborate with customers to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, time line, budget, and resource plan for Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) implementations.
- Participate in operational review meetings with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements & business scenarios.
- Manage effective transition of requirements to delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements.
- Manage software development life cycle for approved development activities.
- Facilitate weekly status meeting with clients & prepare weekly status reports.
- Identify risks & manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) projects.
- 4+ D365 Business Central (NAV) implementations completed.
- Excellent client relation skills, organization, and prioritization capabilities.
- MS D365 BC and/or NAV Certifications a plus.
