Project Manager

Things You Will Do

• Portfolio Management: Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
• Project Planning: Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Client Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability with executive level client contacts
• Stakeholder Communication: Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly
• Resource Optimization: Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing
• Risk & Change Management: Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed
• Financial Tracking: Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records
• Quality & Frameworks: Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope
• Performance Reviews: Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement

Things You Will Bring

• 4+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, eCommerce, agency environments
• Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer conflict resolution
• Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment
• Experienced user of project management and AI tools such as Wrike, Asana, Claude, or similar

Bonus Points

• PMP or CSM certification
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or integration

Pay Range

The salary range for this position is $85k - $100k annually.

Location

The actual pay determined for an individual will vary based on job-related factors such as relevant experience and/or education, particular skills, and location. Miva is a fully remote company with employees distributed across the U.S. Our ideal candidate for this role will reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, SD, TN, TX, VT, or WA.

About the Role

We are currently looking to add to our existing Project Management team. The next Project Manager to come onboard will own a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
