Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will report to Senior Leadership and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership, Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success, Oversee procurement and subcontractor agreements, Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
• Able to lead teams and drive projects to completion
• Experience working with subcontractors and managing vendors
• Familiarity with construction management software tools
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
