Job Description
- Report into senior leadership and lead multiple projects from inception through completion.
- Manage several commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasting.
- Cook sub-contractors and site teams to meet safety and quality targets.
- Drive a safety-first culture across all phases of delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks early to ensure smooth execution.
- Mentor and develop junior staff including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
