Project Manager

About The Opportunity

Loyal Source is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale physical security system projects for a major client within a mission-critical data center environment located near the Metro Atlanta Airport area. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex commercial security installations from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale physical security projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of security technologies, including:
  • Access Control Systems
  • CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
  • Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Security Management Platforms
• Cook up and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership and client teams.
• Manage subcontractors and field teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and operational impacts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial security projects.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing projects involving access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction coordination, and system integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Metro Atlanta Airport area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects within data center environments strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the following security platforms is highly preferred:
  • LenelS2
  • Milestone Systems
  • Genetec
• Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure or enterprise-level security deployments.
• PMP or related project management certifications are a plus.
