About the role

Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates priority projects and initiatives per the contract scope of work and as assigned by the Program Manager.
- Manages a team of employees including Maintenance Personnel, Production Control Clerks, Mechanics, and Custodians to deliver contractual requirements.
- Reviews, tracks, and closes out all preventive maintenance and corrective action work orders to ensure timely completion per contract requirements.
- Ensures the safe and efficient management and delivery of maintenance & operations activities including emergency response and winter operations through supervisors and team leaders.
- Tracks the monitoring of emergency backup and building safety support systems, including Fire Alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems.
- Oversees custodial operations to ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables are met.
- Coordinates all service and maintenance contracts.
- Mitigates discrepancies in requirements directly with customers.
- Directs and supervises all support resources for project assignments and activities.
- Aids in the development and implementation of program policies, processes, procedures, and monitors the achievement of program objectives/deliverables.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs).
- Collects and analyzes information and prepares reports regarding program metrics and operational activities.
- Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, and other technical documentation.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Provides management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, inventory management, personnel evaluation, support, and hiring of personnel.
- Manages and performs quality control inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of project management experience in lieu of the degree.
- Project Management of Federal Government contracts preferred.
- Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
- Active Top-Secret clearance required.
