Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover
- Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors
- Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
- Develop and execute project delivery strategies
- Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Manage project risks, change management, and issue resolution
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
- Drive successful commissioning and project closeout activities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of electrical construction management experience
- Experience managing projects exceeding $20M
- Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC project experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
- Proven leadership and client management skills
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- Electrical Engineering Degree (preferred)
- Large-scale electrical infrastructure experience (preferred)
Pay & Schedule
$60–$85/hr DOE
Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days
