About the role
The Project Manager will oversee projects from concept to final delivery across various mediums including Experiential, AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, and Live Action. Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely, strategic, and budget-conscious project completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action, and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Act as a point of contact for clients across workstreams in coordination with Account Management
- Schedule and conduct internal and external project kick-offs
- Work in conjunction with creative strategy teams to develop the creative brief for each title
- Schedule and conduct internal project reviews, and distribute notes to the team
- Create and manage internal and external master project calendars
- Create SOWs detailing target initiatives, milestones, and deliverables with input from your creative team and Head of Project Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, track, and re-calibrate project schedules, production calendars based on client briefs, client feedback, and project status and deliverables trackers
- Handle internal billing and invoicing processes with support from Head of Project Management
Requirements
- Experience delivering best-in-class 360 campaigns for industry-leading companies
- An exceptional ability to manage long-term, multi-million-dollar engagements and multiple project tracks
- A deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles
- A collaborative, organized, and motivational project manager
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, resourceful, and professional attitude with good soft skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in a client-facing capacity

- 5-7+ years of project management or production experience in a fast-paced and integrated agency environment
