Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, timelines, and business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures to drive visibility, execution, and successful outcomes across departments
- Partner closely with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities, support organizational scaling efforts, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and overall performance
- Cook up communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure timely decision-making and effective project delivery
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
- Analyze project outcomes, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics to provide recommendations and support data-driven growth strategies
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables and deadlines
- Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives
- Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs
Education/Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above
- Long periods of sitting and computer work
- Work From Home Technical Requirements: Supply and support their own internet services. Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position
