Job Details
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Cookordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes
- Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
- Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track
- Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
