Project Manager

Job Details:

A very well-established multifamily/commercial builder in the North Bay and East Bay of the California Bay Area is seeking a Project Manager with a background in Mixed-Use Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management
• Cook up comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong commitment to safety and quality control
