• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare construction industry
• Proven experience in annual budgeting and forecasting, budgeting and cost control, contract administration, procurement, and construction management
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and other project management software
• Strong strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and cost control processes
• Experience in risk management, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our healthcare construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, from initial conception to completion
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and financial accountability
• Lead contract administration and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Utilize Bluebeam for project management tasks, including document management and collaboration
• Manage construction activities, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution and operational efficiency
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables
• Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
• Regularly report on project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior management
