Project Manager
The firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects successfully across budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project execution, including financial performance and delivery strategy
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing project teams
- Oversee project cost controls, forecasting, pay applications, and profitability
- Develop, track, and communicate detailed project schedules and milestones
- Manage change orders, subcontractor buyouts, and contract execution
- Identify project risks early and implement practical, client-focused solutions
- Maintain site logistics and build plans to meet constructability goals
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including OSHA compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners
- Support professional development of team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and construction operations
- Proficiency with project management and cost forecasting software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project challenges
- Experience with subcontractor negotiations and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with scheduling software and BIM tools

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
