About the role
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with construction methods, building codes, and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
