Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes a specific project plan
  • Facilitates communication and consultation with production; oversees project manufacturing
  • Develops and analyzes schedules and budgets
  • Reports schedule progress regularly to the internal customer
  • Develops and releases work orders and purchases supplies
  • Performs design and drafting tasks related to the processing of a requested product
  • Enforces 5S and AS9100 Standards and Practices throughout all work performed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Education may be substituted with equivalent industry experience in aerospace, marine, or transportation industrial manufacturing
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills through written, verbal, and graphical mediums
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and a team member
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Experience with CATIA and NX CAD software is required
  • Detailed understanding of the product development and product realization processes
  • Able to handle demanding schedules
  • Competency in project planning process

Wage Information

The wage range for this role is between $115,000 - $150,000, plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay.
