About the role
The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, and drive projects that directly impact end-user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage fiscal aspects of projects, including capital and operating budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Engage stakeholders effectively and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive project outcomes in a matrixed environment, influencing stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Support End User Computing (EUC) environments and initiatives, with experience in large enterprise technology organizations.
- Work within complex enterprise environments, managing cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Use enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft 365 to support technology initiatives.
Requirements
- US Citizen, GC Holder
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering end-to-end technology projects
- Experience managing projects with significant end-user impact
- Demonstrated ability to manage two or more projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge and practical application of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Expertise in project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
- Experience maintaining and managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) environments and initiatives
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, workplace technologies, device management, and user-focused technology deployments
Qualifications
