The Role
Own the product roadmap for the family lifecycle, including managed accounts for children, supervised commerce for teens, and graduated independence for young adults.
Become an expert in global child and teen privacy laws, translating legal requirements into user-friendly product features.
Collaborate with benefit teams to define age-appropriate content access policies across various services.
Define and manage the lifecycle state machine and transition triggers for members, designing key "graduation moments" to enhance retention.
Write technical specifications for age-gated data flows, privacy controls for minors, and cross-service consent management.
Present product strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership on a regular basis.
What You'll Need
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or business development in a technology context.
- Proven experience in feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery and contributing to technical discussions.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
