What Are We Looking For?

• Solid experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Strong foundations in project and program management, for example RAID management, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning, scope control.
• Experience and interest in applying AI-driven tools to modern project management, from workflow automation to smarter insights and reporting.
• Proven problem-solving skills, ideally with exposure to techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Know how to keep the right people informed in the right way.
• The ability to simplify complexity and turn ambiguity into actionable plans.
• A collaborative working style with the confidence to challenge constructively and push teams toward outcomes.
