Key Responsibilities
- Partner with other Project Managers who report to Director of Ops – will shine individually and as a team member
- Manage CapEx projects from conception to completion
- Travel to 4-5 other sites (up to 40% overnight)
- Support the company's continued growth by successfully executing projects that improve facility performance, efficiency, and long-term operational success
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within feed manufacturing, grain handling, milling, livestock nutrition, agriculture processing, or a closely related industry
- Experience managing capital (CapEx) projects from concept through completion
- Proven ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee project execution
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, facility managers, contractors, and vendors
- Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight to support projects across multiple locations
Pay
$90,000 - $120,000/annum + $20,000 bonus
Schedule
This position can be based in the Oklahoma City, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Fort Smith area. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to multiple facilities as needed.
