About the role
Aristocrat is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join our outstanding team. In this position, you will guide high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build and maintain positive relationships by partnering with collaborators to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and achievements, while identifying and resolving project risks and roadblocks.
- Build and assess current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Implement communication, training, and engagement plans.
- Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting and executive updates.
- Cookordination activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and process requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and collaborator meetings to find opportunities and define solutions.
- Translate complex project information into clear communications.
- Support solution evaluation, testing, and business readiness efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Gaming experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects and guiding cross-functional efforts.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple collaborators.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and established guidelines.
- Experience gathering and detailing business and functional requirements using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build process flows, gap analyses, and requirements documentation.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong collaborator management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
