Project Manager

The Role

Manage the full lifecycle of water and wastewater projects
Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate design, construction and commissioning
Ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with programme, technical and commercial targets
Build strong relationships with clients, JV partners, subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and protect project reputation
Oversee project planning, documentation, governance reviews and reporting
Drive compliance with H&S, quality and environmental standards
Manage commercial performance, forecasting, cost control and risk/opportunity management

About You

• Essential: Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary construction/design projects
  Ideally experienced within the water industry
  Degree or equivalent in construction, engineering or commercial discipline
  Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or similar
  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  Delivery-focused with the ability to motivate teams
  Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/IChemE)
  Experience presenting at governance reviews
  Strong understanding of CDM and construction H&S
• Desirable: Experience delivering water/wastewater treatment projects
  Chartered status
  NEC Project Manager Accreditation
