Position Overview
F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to manage various projects and project teams. Responsibilities include representing F.H. Paschen values, managing project schedules, purchasing, quality and safety, collaborating with other managers, and negotiating disputes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 6-10 years of construction experience
- 5+ years as a Project Manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel
- Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management
- Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with a general contractor

Pay Range
$90,000 - $135,000

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 6-10 years of construction experience, with 5+ years as a Project Manager. Must possess computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication, and organizational skills. Experience with a general contractor is required.
