Project Manager
Job Summary
eClinical Solutions helps life sciences organizations accelerate clinical development initiatives with expert data services and the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud. Project Managers are responsible for managing scope, facilitating the delivery of quality products and services, and fostering relationships with eCS teams, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery of contracted scope in assigned projects
- Create and manage project timelines
- Organize and conduct project meetings
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Align expectations and messaging across internal and external project stakeholders
- Identify and engage appropriate stakeholders
- Socialize scope, current activity status, and decisions
- Track delivery against contracted scope, initiate change management activities as needed, monitor and maintain project financials, Invoicing
- Escalate, manage risks, and report on project status
- Partner with internal and external management and teams to identify project goals, needs, gaps, and solutions for success
- Manage client and account support
- Provide management/leadership insight
- Audit, sales, and other ad hoc client engagement requests as needed
- Support operational key results and business unit objectives and KPIs through participation and adherence to initiatives and directives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of project management experience preferred
- Professional Services delivery experience, including scope and financial management
- Clinical Trial Industry, EDC/Database implementation, Data Management, and/or Biostatistical and Programming Services knowledge preferred
- Interest in PMP Certification

- Written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Drive and self-sufficiency to adapt to a growing organization, continuous improvement initiatives, and enable success with a one team mentality
- Commitment to utilizing operational standards, PMI methodologies and best practices with a focus on process efficiencies and revenue growth opportunities
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, Project Management and Financial Software, and File Management Systems
- Some knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology and domains, CRO partnerships, and secure data management standards is highly desired

Pay
US Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
