Project Management

Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coverage of project execution, coordination, and delivery across initiatives.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop mitigation strategies and track through resolution.
Escalate risks and blockers appropriately.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Provide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Maintain clear communication across business and technical teams.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Coordination

Track project budgets and monitor spend.
Coverage of resource coordination and support allocation tracking.
Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and meeting notes.
Ensure project artifacts are accessible and standardized.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes.
Contribute to establishing consistent project management practices.
Support adoption of tools and frameworks.

Agile & Delivery Practices

Apply knowledge of Agile principles and practices in project execution.
Support team coordination across iterative development cycles.
Help facilitate efficient workflows, without formal Scrum Master ownership.

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting IT, software development, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with project tracking or reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar).
  • CAPM, PMP, or related certifications (not required).
