Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of enterprise software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and handover to Support.
• Act as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes.
• Manage 3–8 projects at a time, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and leadership across North America.
• Inspire and motivate cross-functional project teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to keep delivery on track.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software or professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale implementation projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in North America with the ability to work across time zones and travel occasionally to customer sites.

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000 – $200,000
The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base compensation for this role in compliance with local regulations. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
