Project Manager

Essential Functions

• Manages all assigned projects to timely completion within scope and budget.
• Develops, defines, and maintains project plan including scope, deliverables, and resource distribution.
• Effectively utilizes project management software to track project progress and manage resources to drive project completion.
• Manages a cross-functional deployment team including internal and third-party resources when necessary; coordinates and tracks activities amongst all to achieve goals.
• Captures and communicates project status to stakeholders.
• Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
• Mentors other Project Managers.
• Maintains communication with all project stakeholders.
• Makes recommendations for process and methodology improvements.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements

• Experience with Project Management tools. Planview and/or Jira preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects of medium/large size and scope.
• Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience influencing and driving cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include effective presentation skills.
