Project Manager

About the role

We are an Anchorage-based marine construction contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage marine construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of marine and bridge construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marine construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Cooky with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in marine or bridge construction.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
