Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects in enterprise environments
- Manage project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder governance
- Work with both business and technology teams to drive execution
- Communicate effectively and resolve issues in fast-paced and evolving environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, delivery management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder governance
- Experience working with both business and technology teams to drive execution
- Strong communication, organization, and issue-resolution skills
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience in wealth management, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Preferred: Experience with project financials, resource planning, and executive status reporting
- Preferred: Exposure to enterprise platform, digital, operations, or transformation programs
- Preferred: Experience in consulting or professional services environments
