Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager (PM) oversees all phases of custom turnkey automation projects across various industries such as Automotive/Transportation, Healthcare/Medical, Consumer Goods, Electronics, Energy, and Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and closeout projects
• Manage project scope and scope changes
• Ensure performance to schedule and budget as per customer contracts and Calvary policies
• Act as the lead customer contact, communicating throughout all phases of the project
• Identify and mitigate project risks that could impact scope, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively in a technical matrix project-based organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., project management, engineering) from an accredited university is preferred
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software, tools, and techniques; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired
• 10+ years of experience managing multiple projects portfolios up to $7M
• 10+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical, custom design-build environment
