Responsibilities
- Aid the Program Manager in resource allocation.
- Mentor and guide project team members to achieve effective and efficient technical deliverables and engineering plans.
- Document system and process project improvements.
- Analyze operational objectives and develop plans to meet these outcomes.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies and plans.
- Create Work Breakdown Structures, Project Plans, and Project Schedules and Milestones.
- Track project requirements and manage personnel within technical project teams.
Requirements
- Eight years of experience conducting technical requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for technical projects and contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Six years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workflow Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management.

Pay
- The proposed salary range for this position is $109,800 - $241,600.
Schedule
