About the role

Balfour Beatty is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee the completion of construction projects in Falls Township, PA. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project budgets and develop Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMP).
  • Understand and adhere to owner’s contract terms, including bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, and costs.
  • Develop and submit monthly Projected Final Cost Reports (PFR) and Labor Cost Reports (LCR).
  • Create and implement Project Incentive Compensation Plans within 30 days of GMP acceptance.
  • Collaborate with Preconstruction to coordinate costs and develop project budgets.
  • Manage subcontracting process, including scope reviews, price agreements, and Zero Harm implementation.
  • Develop and administer Mission Alignment Plans with clients.
  • Create and maintain construction schedules, resource matrices, and project milestones.
  • Oversee project administration, operations, and close-out processes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and community members.
  • Promote a positive work culture and support employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • At least 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
  • Experience with project manager software, cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports, and JD Edwards or similar construction applications.
  • Data center experience is required.
