Responsibilities
- Manage projects from buyout through closeout
- Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and buyout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and controls
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost management
- Serve as primary client contact
- Cover field operations and ensure project execution
- Manage change orders, risk, and contract compliance
- Lead project meetings and reporting
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- Prior General Contractor or Construction Manager experience required
- Proven ability to run projects independently
- Strong subcontractor buyout and procurement skills
- Solid scheduling and project controls expertise
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Broad project experience preferred over niche specialization
Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate, Industrial, Life Sciences, Government, Mission Critical sectors
- Projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
