Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to completion.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and project owners.
• Promote a safe work environment for each project.
• Update weekly and monthly project schedules.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the estimating/project management team.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in construction management, civil construction, and project management.
• Experience in managing civil projects such as site work, roadways, and dirt work.
• Proficiency in handling change orders and civil engineering design.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore software.

Skills

• A degree in Civil or Construction Management is a plus but not required.
• 8 years of project management experience preferred, but candidates with 5+ years will be considered.
• Experience in estimating is a plus.

About the Role

The work environment includes both office settings and project sites, with all projects located within 1-1.5 hours of Louisville. You will manage 3-4 projects at a time, varying in value, and work alongside a team of 3 Project Managers and 2 Estimators. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr. ESOP program Bonus program Health, vision, dental
