About the role
The Project Manager will partner with the creative and account teams to establish processes, track progress, and document best practices for the brand mega platform. They will work closely with the client lead to outline objectives, timelines, and scopes, and play a key role in organizing project teams.
Responsibilities
- Outline objectives with the client lead, including timings, scopes, and costs.
- Establish timelines and task planning with project leads and various agency partners.
- Organize project teams and serve as a key stakeholder for project documentation.
- Maintain awareness of all client communications and identify action items for appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with Operations and Account leads for SOW creative, budgeting, and utilization planning.
- Oversee process from conception to execution, maintaining a holistic perspective of all work and ensuring best practices are carried across the business.
- Filter and distribute incoming asks, facilitate timelines and check-ins, and communicate regularly with the Operations and PM team to ensure best practices are maintained.
Requirements
- Fluency with Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Experience building out timelines, breaking down phased approaches to projects, and scheduling internal reviews for creative teams.
- Ability to establish relationships across the Account Management team and work as a partner in pushing the work forward.
- Strong skills in setting clear objectives and task ownership, and ability to communicate professionally and clearly through email and in-person.
- Intuitive and proactive, taking initiative to anticipate and prepare for next steps, engage people who add value, and influence outcomes.
- Detail-oriented, paying attention to nuances and applying experience from previous projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- A deep investment and interest in the work, striving for the best possible outcome and adapting to changes when necessary.
Skills
- Project management software proficiency.
- Adobe Acrobat knowledge (a plus).
- Understanding of various project types and information, assets, and timing necessary.
- Ability to build out timelines, break down phased approaches to projects, and schedule internal reviews for creative teams.
- Relationship-building skills with the Account Management team.
