Project Management Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and motivated Project Management & Planning Coordinator to support REG administration with planning and execution of several business growth initiatives. This associate will work closely with REG's Strategic Initiatives team to maintain project plans, track deliverables, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow‑up on key operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A integration activities across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, and other functional areas.
• Maintain trackers, project plans, action logs, timelines, and status reports.
• Provide general project and planning support to the REG leadership/team.
• Assist with monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and business data.
• Support development of project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Assist with process documentation, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other strategic and operational projects assigned by the business leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, business administration, consulting, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
• Preferred exposure to M&A, project management, continuous improvement, or business transformation.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar project tracking/reporting tools.
• PMP, Lean, or other project‑management‑related training is a plus.
