About The Role Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid) Aegis Sortation is seeking a Project Scheduler to support our growing Corporate Planning team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Project Managers to create, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring timelines remain accurate throughout the project lifecycle. Using Microsoft Project, you'll manage schedule templates, track progress against baseline schedules, communicate schedule impacts, and support project reporting and dashboard accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and serving as a trusted scheduling resource for project teams. Our projects support large-scale warehouse automation, parcel handling, conveyor, and sortation systems across North America, making this an excellent opportunity for a scheduler who enjoys complex industrial and construction-related projects. What You’ll Do Create, maintain, and update project schedules in Microsoft Project throughout the project lifecycle.Develop schedules from standardized templates while tailoring schedules to project-specific requirements.Update schedules and track change orders throughout project executionAnalyze schedule impacts and communicate timeline changesSupport Project Managers with schedule management and reportingServe as a scheduling resource for Project ManagerMaintain dashboard and reporting accuracyTrack project progress against baseline schedulesServe as a scheduling subject matter expert within the project team Embrace and promote by incorporating into your work the core values of Aegis: Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Because it does!Make it Better: Ask yourself, “What can I do to make our company better?” Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale capital, construction, automation, industrial, or material handling projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience creating, maintaining, and updating project schedules. Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, including baseline schedules, schedule analysis, and schedule management. Ability to assess schedule impacts and communicate changes effectively to project stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills. Strong attention to detail with experience supporting project reporting and dashboards. Experience working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Experience in material handling, warehouse automation, industrial construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
