About the role
The Project Executive role is responsible for effectively managing and providing strong leadership for designated projects and ensuring their overall success in meeting established goals and objectives. Project Executives lead or participate in designated business development and preconstruction activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide strong leadership for designated projects
- Ensure projects meet established goals and objectives
- Lead or participate in designated business development and preconstruction activities
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
- Background overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously, on structures $20MM+
- Experience leading business development efforts, in partnership with business development manager, in the hospitality market through networking and project pursuit strategy
Qualifications
- Mid-size General Contractor with experience in the Southeast, primarily Metro Atlanta
- Focus on markets such as Commercial, Hospitality, Higher Education, K-12, Mix-Use, Retail, Restaurants, and Renovation/Remodels
- Project values ranging from $1M-$120M
