About the Role

The Project Executive position involves supervising the work and development of the project team, establishing operational priorities and work methods, preparing business plans, managing financial reports, scheduling, risk management, quality control, and client relationships and needs. You will also maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. to ensure the best economic, safe, and expeditious execution of the work. You will be designated the lead Project Executive over vertical projects over $100 million in scope, multiple projects, integrated projects, or projects of a very complex nature.

What You Bring To The Table

Beck is looking for a qualified Project Executive to join an extraordinary project team. While this is an individual role, you will be involved in many facets of construction with the ability to evolve our existing operations. As the Project Executive, you are primarily responsible for business development, organization, project financials, schedule, risk management, quality, overall cost control, and client relationships and needs. You also maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. in order to accomplish the best economical, safe, and expeditious execution of the work. You will be designated the lead Project Executive over vertical projects over $100 million in scope, multiple projects, integrated projects, or projects of a very complex nature.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Understands the successful pre-project planning effects on the delivery of a project
  • Client development and relationship management
  • Able to manage multiple projects and teams
  • 15+ years of commercial construction experience
  • College graduate with relevant degree
  • Experience in Commercial Construction required
  • Experience using Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies is a plus
  • Experience with multifamily projects is preferred, but not required

Physical Demands

  • Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment
  • Occasionally ascends/descends ladders and stairs
  • Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions
  • Frequently moves equipment up to 50Ibs to various locations on site
  • Constantly communicates with subcontractors, vendors, and other members of project team
  • Constantly moving around job site
  • Able to adhere to consistent and timely attendance
